Let me start by telling you that the rules are rather simple... That is, if you know how to play Magic: The Gathering from Wizards of the Coast. The rules are the same, with only a few extra abilities to make it more intersting.

What kind of abilities are new in Marvel Magic...?

We came up with a number of new creature types. Mostly alien races like Skrulls. There isn't any change in ruling here.

We have the ability Spacefaring. Spacefaring combines the allready excisting abilities Flying and Flanking. So a creature with Spacefaring has both these abilities.

We have a new Artifact type in Infinity Gem. The rest of the changes are so small they are all explained in the text box of the card that has the ability. If a card says that you can search your library for anything, it is not always stated that you have to shuffle your Library afterwards, but please to do it anytime.

For those who don't know how to play Magic: The Gathering I refer to the site of Magic: The Gathering or Crystal Keep. They will guide you through all basic rules.
